Product Policies

At Eternal Artisan Keepsakes, every product is designed or created with care, whether it is 3D printed for practical shop use or handcrafted from natural wood. Because many of our products are made individually rather than mass-produced, minor variations are normal and are part of the manufacturing process.

3D-Printed Products

Our 3D-printed products are designed in-house and produced using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing. Each item is printed layer by layer, and minor surface variations are a normal characteristic of this manufacturing process.

Layer Lines and Surface Finish: Visible layer lines, seams, slight texture differences, and small surface imperfections may be present. These are normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing and do not indicate a defective product.

Dimensional Variations: While our products are designed to specific dimensions, minor dimensional differences may occur due to material characteristics, printer tolerances, temperature, and the printing process.

Material Selection: Products may be offered in materials such as PLA or ASA. Material availability and options are identified on individual product listings. Each material has different properties, and customers should select the material appropriate for their intended use.

Color Variations: Actual filament colors may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, monitor settings, filament manufacturer variations, or changes between production batches.

Heat and Environmental Exposure: PLA products should not be exposed to excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, or environments where temperatures may become high enough to soften or deform the material. ASA products offer improved resistance to heat, UV exposure, and outdoor conditions but should still be used within reasonable environmental limits.

Mounting Hardware: Unless specifically stated in the product listing, screws, anchors, tools, and other mounting hardware are not included. Customers are responsible for selecting mounting hardware appropriate for their wall, workbench, cabinet, or other mounting surface.

Product Fit: We make every effort to clearly identify dimensions, capacities, and compatible tool sizes. Customers should review product dimensions and compatibility information before ordering to ensure the product will work with their specific tools or equipment.

Handcrafted Wood Products

Our wooden boxes, carvings, pet urns, and other handcrafted products are created from natural wood and are individually made. Each piece of wood has its own grain, color, figure, knots, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics.

Handcrafted with Care: Natural wood may contain slight variations and imperfections. These characteristics are not defects; they are part of what makes each handcrafted piece unique.

Natural Material Variations: Grain patterns, color, figure, spalting, knots, and other natural features will vary from one piece to another. Because of this, the item you receive may not be identical to photographs of another piece made from the same species of wood.

Hand-Finished Products: Small variations in carving, sanding, finishing, color, and surface appearance may occur as a natural result of the handcrafted process.

Product Images

We make every reasonable effort to provide clear and accurate photographs showing our products, materials, finishes, and features. Differences in lighting, photography, computer monitors, mobile devices, and manufacturing materials may cause the actual product to appear slightly different from images shown online.

Product Use

Our shop organizers, holders, racks, and accessories are intended to help organize tools and equipment. Customers are responsible for properly installing and using products and for confirming that the product is suitable for their particular tools, mounting surface, and intended application.

Tools, accessories, sandpaper, machinery, and other items shown in product photographs are for demonstration purposes only unless specifically stated as included in the listing.

Quality and Customer Satisfaction

We inspect our products before shipment and strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images so customers can make an informed purchase.
