Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned unused, unmodified, and in its original condition with all included components. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong model or variation, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing description, please contact us through the marketplace where the purchase was made. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-shipping solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Items returned used, altered, incomplete, or damaged due to improper return packaging may qualify for a reduced refund where permitted by the marketplace.

Personalized, custom-made, and digital-download products cannot be returned because of buyer preference or an incorrect customer selection, except where required by the marketplace or applicable law. Defective or incorrectly produced custom items remain eligible for replacement or refund.

Marketplace return procedures and buyer-protection policies take precedence whenever they provide additional rights or requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
